Dr Junaid Iqbal, Post-Doctoral Fellow, IFMR GSB, delivered an online lecture on the ‘Case Study Research Method’ at the Faculty of Industrial Management, Universiti Malaysia Pahang. The session focused on the rationale for adopting the case study method in academic research, particularly when and why researchers should employ this approach to investigate contemporary phenomena in their real-life contexts.
